Youth Ministry

The Bible declares that we are to "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.” - Proverbs 22:6

It is the goal of the Youth Ministry to provide young people with a necessary balance of teaching, worship, nurturing, service, and fellowship. The Mount Calvary Baptist Church Youth Ministry is designed to provide opportunities for young people ages 5-18 to participate in Spirit-led, Christ-centered activities which minister to the total youth and cause life changing experiences for the mind, body, and spirit.

The Youth Ministry of Mount Calvary is excited to present our Youth Explosion every 1st and 3rd Sunday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. This gathering has been intentionally designed with your growing youth in mind. We will have games, activities, and outings, all geared towards giving our future generation the tools they need to be successful in life and their walk with Christ. Our team is entirely dedicated to the well-being and future of each of our participants. We look forward to you and your child being a part of what we have going on at Mount Calvary.


The target ages will be all middle and high school students. There will be food and refreshments provided each week for all participants. For any child to be a part of the Youth Explosion a parent or legal guardian must complete a permission slip. All permission slips can be filled out online or printed and brought back to the office of the church. We truly look forward to having you and your young ones involved with us.
